About Me
My name is Carla Perrone, and I am an AHPRA registered Psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) currently undertaking the clinical registrar program. I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I aim to help clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and achieve personal growth. My current work is targeted for older adolescents 16+ and adults.
I use a variety of treatment modalities to best suit my client's needs, and am dedicated to continuing professional development. Some of the therapeutic interventions I utilise include CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, EMDR Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
